We, axetracka.com & campatracka.com have taken every step to insure our products are fully functional and safe to use prior to shipping, however we can not and will not be responsible for any failure of a wind parking or none wind parking solar sensor which may cause personal or property injury or damage. We are not there to install & test each sensor on your tracker so it is your responsibility to insure they work and function in a safe manner. we will not be accountable for damage or loss of solar panels, solar trackers or any other form of property damage or personal injuries in any form caused by an means whatsoever. Should you not agree with these terms and conditions then please do not purchase any product from this website www.axetracka.com or www.campatracka.com.
All axetracka solar sensors are sold on dead-on-arrival warranty basis, though I am always approachable should there be a failure in what we call a premature time frame.
I will NOT replace sensors which have signs of over-voltage damage, so insure you have a rapid blow 5 to 7.5A fuse on the dc power input to the sensors.
We do not manufacture nor profit from the Vortex Anemometers imported from www.inspeed.com, we simply acquire them as a curtesy companion to our products and take no responsibility for their products endurance or reliability or accuracy. So please test your wind-parking sensor to insure it is initiating wind parking at a reasonable speed, EG, less than 25 mph or less than 40kph.
See the trigger page for an idea. or better still find a mate who has a hand-held anemometer to test it with.
Solar tracking systems are electromechanically operated, and all electronics and mechanical devices must be treated with respect and caution to avoid injury, especially to children or all ages. Please erect your solar tracker assembly in a child-free fenced in zone of it own. Treat your solar tracker area with the same vigilance you would a swimming pool area and fence it off from children please.
